If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email instead, we receive whatever information you choose to share in that conversation (e.g. your number, name, and vehicle details).
How we use it
We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange and carry out the requested repair or replacement, and provide related customer service. We do not use it for marketing without your separate consent, and we do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
Our legal basis for processing is legitimate interest — responding to an enquiry you have initiated — and, where a job proceeds, performance of a contract with you.
Who we share it with
Callback form submissions are delivered to us via Web3Forms, a third-party form-processing service, which receives the data you submit in order to route it to our email. We do not share your data with any other third party except where required by law.

This site does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers. Tapping the WhatsApp or phone links on this site opens WhatsApp or your phone's dialler directly; those services have their own privacy policies which govern that conversation.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry and job data for as long as reasonably needed to complete the work, handle any warranty or dispute, and meet our accounting and tax obligations (typically up to 6 years), after which it is deleted.
